You’ll pay for one month of our services, but if, during or after this trial period, you decide not to continue and feel our collaboration didn’t meet your expectations, we’ll fully refund your payment.

What are your turnaround times?
Our initial estimates for video editing are provided as general guidelines, taking into account average complexity and length. It’s important to note that these are approximate figures, as the actual timeline can vary based on complexity of your editing requests.

As you engage with our editing services, your assigned editor or account manager will gain a deeper understanding of your preferences and project requirements. This familiarity allows them to provide more accurate and tailored estimates for future edits, ensuring a clearer understanding of the workload associated with your unique requests.
It’s worth emphasizing that the turnaround time is flexible and subject to the production team’s estimation. Our commitment is to deliver your requests promptly while upholding the highest standards of quality. How much videos you can produce in a month?
General estimate, the final amount depends on the complexity.
Complexity:
Complexity arises when a video request includes numerous elements, such as extensive text, intricate details, the need for custom animations, footage shot with cameras requiring significant post-production, demands for advanced visual effects (VFX), sound effects (SFX), animations, and situations where the editor is tasked with independently sourcing footage and stock content.
To illustrate, projects that creatively cut a music video to synchronize with the music and apply VFX to multiple shots, YouTube videos shot with cameras demanding extensive post-production, audio refinement, and comprehensive animation, color grading, animations, fall within this complexity spectrum. Furthermore, projects like reels that involve extensive searches for stock footage or video content by the editor contribute to increased complexity.
Our aim is to deliver top-notch quality, and the estimate reflects the level of intricacy involved in meeting the unique demands of your project.
What kind of videos can I request to edit?
Our focus is primarily on social media videos and transforming longer-form content. This includes talking head videos, trendy shorts, interviews, tutorials, courses, ads, repurposed live videos, and more—anything suitable for your YouTube channel, shorts, or website.
We also work on wedding videos, real estate videos, and specific adjustments like color grading, sound design, motion graphics, captions, text animation, multicam edits, and similar enhancements.
Some limitations to our services include:
- Final edits more than 60 minutes in length.
- We do not edit music videos.
- We do not create 3D animations.
- We do not offer voiceover services, though we can add AI-generated voiceovers or integrate your provided audio.
Can I send you more videos for edit?
Yes, you can but… We follow a chronological approach to video postproduction. After delivering a finished video, we move on to the next project in line.
When I have a large amount of data?
This is not a problem for us either. Either we will provide you with a larger storage space or we will give you an physical address where you can send us a hard drive with data.
When do you work?
We work on weekdays.
Will I work with one video editor?
Yes!
You will work with one dedicated editor. The editor over time, becomes attuned to your preferences and requirements, streamlining the post-production process. This allows you to enjoy your free time.
What is your workflow?
The first meeting with us and various other face-to-face solutions is through the ZOOM application.
All communication except the video cell takes place through the SLACK application. A beautifully clear application, where there is not only one chat for all projects, but different subcategories can be created for the clearest possible collaboration.
You will upload and download videos via Google Drive. We will provide you with a storage folder so you don’t have to worry about anything.
The Frame.io application is useful for a clear revision with editing, where you can clearly and simply fine-tune the final video with your video editor.

Our job is to provide you the best format for your use. We use all kind of formats like 16×9, 5×4, 1×1, 9×16 and more.
Are you working with RAW codec?
Yes, we also work with RAW codec and many more.
Do my videos need to be in English?
Yes, videos must be in English or in the Czechoslovak language.
Can the editor send me project files?
No, we only send finished videos for several reasons.
Can I visit you?
You cannot visit us. All our editors are working remotely.
Do you film videos too?
We do not shoot videos. We only provide video editing services.
What software do you use?
We are using Adobe programs and DaVinci Resolve.
Can I cancel subscription plan anytime?
Yes, that will be not a problem. We will not refund the amount paid, but you will be able to use the services until your subscription expires.
